Returns and Exchanges

Steps for returns:

  1. Contact our Customer Happiness Team by Clicking Here
  2. Make sure your merchandise is in resalable condition, unworn and has the price tags on. (No Exceptions)
  3. Please include a note in the return with your name, address, and reason for returning the item. Please also specify if you would like an exchange or refund of the item.
  4. Ship your item back to us, using the shipping label we will provide to you or simply mailing your package back to:

  5. Once we receive your item, allow 1 – 3 weeks for processing exchanges/returns. We will then contact you with an update on your return.


Notes to know:

All clearance sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

If you don’t love it to death, you have 30 days to return it by mail.

Most orders are free of shipping fees for you, however, when processing a return or refund, our shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
